• Include unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.

• Be aware that requests made after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.

If you do not have an unboxing video and we fail to verify the cause, Coolmofo is not liable for refunds or replacement of such products.

Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

If you ordered the wrong size or want to return a product without any defects, this has to be handled at your expense by placing a new order. So please choose your size carefully.
